The purpose of this part of our website is to clearly set
out the policy of Shergroup and all its related Trading Divisions.
Shergroup offers a range of services to enforce county court
judgments through the various methods of enforcement. It also
offers additional services involving insolvency, tracing,
process serving, litigation, business process outsourcing,
marketing, and certificated bailiff services.
Firstly we want to make it clear that we respect the privacy
of all individuals who use this website.
Our policy sets out the basis on which data about living individuals,
which we receive from you, may be processed by us via this
website.
We will not disclose any information which can be traced to
you, without your permission unless we are legally entitled
or required to do so, or if we believe that such action is
necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or
personal safety and those of our users/customers.

forms for our various "Tracks" using the pages
on our website. This information includes your personal
details and details of the claim you wish to enforce;

you respond to the Welcome Email which will be sent to you
when you have registered your details as a user of this website.
